Terms & Conditions
Here’s everything you need to know about placing orders, delivery expectations, and how we do business at Mangokhas.
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 May 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mangokhas website at mangokhas.com and any orders you place with us. By accessing the site, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with Mangokhas, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
"We", "us", and "our" refer to Mangokhas, operating from Pakistan. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing the site or placing an order.
Eligibility
To place an order with Mangokhas you must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of Pakistan. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Products and availability
Mangokhas sells fresh mangoes, achaar, chutneys, and related food products. Our offerings are seasonal and depend on harvest timing, weather, and natural availability. We make every effort to keep the website accurate, but listings, prices, and availability can change without notice. Placing an order is not a guarantee that the product is in stock until we confirm dispatch.
Because fresh fruit is a natural product, slight variation in size, shape, colour, and ripeness is normal. We hand-pick and sort fruit carefully, but minor cosmetic differences do not constitute a defect.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of standard nationwide delivery within Pakistan, unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific product. Where applicable, prices include any taxes we are required to collect. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price applied to a confirmed order is the price shown at the time you placed it.
Placing an order
To place an order, you select your products on the website, complete the delivery details, and submit the order. Once submitted, we will confirm receipt of your order and follow up with delivery details. Confirmation of receipt is not the same as acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to deliver to your location.
Payment
We currently accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. Payment instructions are shared at the time of order confirmation. For bank transfers, your order will be processed once the transfer is verified. For cash on delivery, you agree to pay the delivery agent in full at the time of receiving your order.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes two to five business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your city. Remote locations may take longer. Delivery dates we share are estimates, not guarantees.
Because mangoes and other fresh items are perishable, the dispatch date can be coordinated based on ripeness and your preferred delivery window. We will keep you informed if there are weather, courier, or harvest delays that affect your order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather disruptions, transport strikes, public emergencies, or courier failures.
Inspection on delivery
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery wherever possible. If any item is visibly damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within twenty four hours of receiving the order so we can assist. For fresh fruit, prompt reporting is especially important given the perishable nature of the product.
Returns, refunds, and complaints
Our approach to refunds and replacements is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. In short, refunds or replacements are considered when an order is delivered damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, and reported within twenty four hours of delivery with supporting evidence such as photos.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is generally not possible because the product is in transit and, in the case of fresh items, already picked and packed. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Acceptable use of the website
You agree to use the Mangokhas website lawfully and respectfully. You will not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to any systems, copy or scrape content for commercial reuse without permission, or post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to suspend or block access if these rules are breached.
Intellectual property
All content on the Mangokhas website, including the brand name, logos, photographs, illustrations, articles, product descriptions, and overall design, is owned by Mangokhas or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
User-submitted content
If you share reviews, photographs, testimonials, or other content with us, you grant Mangokhas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You confirm that any content you share is your own or that you have permission to share it.
Disclaimers
Our products are intended for general consumption by people who are not allergic to mangoes, mustard, or any other ingredient listed in product descriptions. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please review the ingredients carefully before ordering, and consult a medical professional if in doubt. Mangokhas is not responsible for any adverse reaction caused by ingredients clearly listed on our product pages.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mangokhas, its team members, and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or placement of new orders after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
